In early November 2024, Adam, Joe, Lewis, Elaine, Chris and Becca from CrossFit Henleaze and Trym box stepped their way to the top of Mount Everest in just 24 hours raising over £18,000 for the Amber Townson Foundation. Between them, they did a gruelling 80, 975 box steps without any sleep! An epic challenge that pushed each of them to their limit! Also joining them was 10-year-old Joe who completed 2,942 box step-ups to climb the height of Ben Nevis! It’s an amazing achievement and we’re so grateful. We’re also totally bowled over by the support from the local community and businesses. Thank-you to everyone who took part and donated. The money raised will help support bereaved families and drive research efforts to ensure no parent endures the heartbreak of losing a child without reason.
